All packages are sent through Fedex/USPS. Please use this map as a guideline for approximate delivery dates. Remember your order will ship out 1-2 business days after you place it. The day it ships we send you the tracking number.

As you can see all the shipping information is there. If you have supplied the email address of your customer it is a simple copy and paste to forward it onto them.

Why did we start OBIDROPSHIP?

The regular requests and suggestions from our customers has prompted us to create the obidropship program.  We hope that this will help every one of our customers to stimulate sales to help them, and us, become more successful in hard times.  There are 300 million people in the US, this is a huge market and OBI would like its customers to help tap into and expand into that market.  We think that the obidropship program will help our entire customer base become successful.  Everyone needs a way to make sales easier and more efficient, obidropship will do just that.

Dropship Pricing

Lots of dropshippers seem to have these material handling fees and processing fees that are added to your order when you check out so by the time you are done the order is a lot more expensive than you thought it would be. Well, OBI doesn’t want to do that so we don’t. To make things easy to understand and your invoices easy to read every item only has one set price on it. The only thing you will see on your invoice is the price of the item plus the shipping. That is it; no handling fees, no processing fees, etc…This way invoices are easy to read and you have a better way of knowing what to charge your customers.  


We are working to keep this very simple. You don’t do anything!  Your only job is to sit at home, manage your website, and sell merchandise!

List all of the products you see on our dropship website onto your website without having to buy a single one.  Don’t worry about items being out of stock when ordering because we remove items from the website if we know the inventory is low, and put them back on once that inventory is replenished.  You can trust that if the item is on the dropship site we have it in stock and available for you to sell. 

Only purchase items after you have sold them and sit back and collect the difference.  You can sell using our listed MSRPs but hey, it’s your website and it’s a free country so you can sell these items for whatever you want.  It’s as easy as that. 

We only ship in the continental US
Right now we only ship in the continental US, sorry Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Africa, etc…but we do plan on expanding to ship to those places in the future.  Please just be patient with us.

 
How easy is it to use our website to ship to your customer?

Select the item you want to ship.
If the shipping address has not been entered
     -Click on "Add a Dropship Address" to add the shipping address.
     -After the address has been added, press the "Back to The Product" button.

Select the shipping address from the drop down, verify the purchase quantity and press the "Add to Cart" button.
During the checkout process you can verify your shipping addresses and purchase quantity.
The product and shipping addresses will appear on the screen and in your order confirmations.
After the product ships, you will receive tracking numbers via email or you can get them by going to "My Account."
If you have supplied the customers Email address, it will show up in the email and you can quickly forward it to your customer.
You must send the tracking number to your customer. At this time we are not able to send your customer the tracking numbers without showing our name, so we aren't going to send it until we get this fixed.

Policies

*HERE IS THE ONLY CATCH*:
You MUST use our website to place dropship orders.
If you are in a pinch and must call the order in, there will be a $5 fee for the first address and $2 for each additional address. The extra fee is assessed because our employee must enter all of the information in our website for you. We are also aware that by giving the addresses over the phone mistakes may occur.  We only want to do the manual labor for you.  How often does a company really want to do all the hard work?

We only ship in the continental US

Damaged Goods Policy
Once an order has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility of the package(s). If you receive a package with apparent damage, your customer must note this with shipping carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost, late or damaged during transit to its delivery destination.

For all damaged items, OBIdropship requires at the minimal a picture showing the damage to the item. In the event of damage OBIDropship must be notified within five (5) days upon receipt of the item.  This means that once your customer notifies you of damage an email or phone call must be made to OBIDropship as soon as possible.  OBIDropship is happy to send replacement items to your customers as soon as possible without the hassle of worrying about returning the item to us and waiting on shipping times.  However, we do strongly recommend you, the buyer; have your customers return damaged items to you in some fashion so that your customers do not have broken merchandise sitting about their home.  We are happy to file the claims on our end so that you don’t have to worry about any of the paperwork.

Defective Merchandise:

Any items ordered from OBIDropship that exhibit manufacturer defects must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date of the item.  For all defective items, OBIdropship requires at the minimal a picture showing the defective item. If your customer receives an item with a manufacturer defect, you (the original buyer) must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of the item.  This should give your customer plenty of time to notify you and then you notify OBI of any issues with the merchandise. The item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items that are damaged due to customer miss-use, not understanding how to properly work the item, or buyers’ remorse are not returnable as this does not constitute a defective product.  Batteries that come with an item are not covered against defects.

Non Defective Merchandise:                                                    

Non defective items can be returned provided you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) and:
- Customer pays shipping costs on the returned item
- Item is in original condition with all original packaging intact
- Item is in resalable condition with all original pieces/parts intact
There is a 20% restock fee on non defective returned to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned items that do not meet the above criteria will be refused and returned to the customer postage due.


Refused/Misdirected/Unclaimed Packages
:

Packages that are refused by the customer and returned to us will incur a 20% restock fee.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect address given to us by the customer will incur a 20% restock fee.

Incorrect Address / Refused Product
You will be responsible for any fees billed to us for address corrections. If your customer refuses the product, you will be responsible for any fees/charges incurred to return the product to us in addition to the 20% restock fee mentioned above.



The above policies are the only policies that OBI will abide by concerning all orders placed on the obidropship website.  You may have different policies with your customers but please remember, the ones listed above are the ONLY ones that OBI will follow.*
